The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff provides professional and polite service. The breakfast offers a wonderful selection of food and the coffee is great. The hotel also offers facilities such as a sauna and room upgrades.

Friendly reception offered a discounted breakfast rate and clean towels were provided daily. Gym had free mineral water.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, as it was close to the shopping centre and within a 20-minute walk to many sights. The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities, including a gym, hot tub, and conference rooms. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby transportation options, with bus stops just 250 meters away and the u-bahn station around 400 meters. The staff members were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious food, making it a great start to our day.

Staying here was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street yet being in the center of everything. The service was impeccable with the option of room service, car hire and dry cleaning. Also, the shuttle service was incredibly helpful for getting around. I loved how the staff went above and beyond by offering a welcome drink and assisting with tours and tickets. The room amenities were also great, including a sitting area, rollaway beds and an in-room safe, plus the modern facilities like the flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The Spa & Wellness center was a nice touch, too.

Definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

They were friendly, professional, and made delicious drinks. Their service enhanced our experience at the hotel. The overall look of the hotel was also excellent, and it offered great value for the price we paid. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the room being hot and street-facing, and the breakfast being a disappointment, we found the location to be convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
